I was overweight, depressed, and completely out of shape when Chalene Johnson and PiYo entered my life. At the time, all I wanted to do was walk up a flight of stairs without feeling winded. When I was finished with the 8 week PiYo at home workout program, not only was I able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded, but I actually felt strong and confident for the first time in a long while. Chalene spoke to me, her uplifting and positive encouragement was exactly what I was craving. PiYo was able to clear my mind and push all the stress and negativity out of my body during a time I felt completely overwhelmed. I fell in love with fitness again and PiYo became my soul workout. That fall I had the privilege of meeting Chalene Johnson in person, and that’s when I decided I wanted to help others feel the way she made me feel.
